Sales Account Manager
PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
To develop and exploit business opportunities within a defined territory. Through thorough territory management increase market share by selling and gaining new client accounts while increasing total billable volume. Educate customers as to Canon’s document management propositions.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sell Core Product to new customers within selected accounts and territory;
Sell non-Core Products to new customers within selected account territory to include Document Accounting, Document Management, Document Distribution, Print Volume Management and Connectivity.
Achieve business and financial targets monthly in accordance with the issued Pay Plan;
Achieve the monthly Key Performance Indicators as issued by Sales Management.
Maintain the sales database on a regular basis to ensure all customer information is correct to include contact, call back, leads and opportunity management;
Manage the delivery of the virtual team relating to the sales process to ensure that customer expectations are met and the account is managed effectively.
